This is a grant-funded position that will require project planning and coordinating with multiple partners and sites. As well as report writing and editing.
The Sr. Research Data Analyst will build complex data models and conduct complex data analysis in support of research projects, programs, and/or studies. This position is responsible for coordination of data and data analysis activities across multiple studies.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage database of survey data from multi-site study.
- Develop standard operating procedures for initial data entry and data updates.
- Oversee quality control procedures for database and ongoing analysis.
- Develop data models.
- Conduct statistical analyses of data collected in this system to support empirical study.
- Build transmission models.
- Create and curate software tools across diverse programming languages in support of research efforts.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Technical Qualifications and Specialized Certifications
- Experience with advanced statistical methods including experience with randomized and quasi-experimental designs.
Supplemental Information
- The position requires project management and coordination across multiple grants.
- Limited travel related to the projects is also required.
- This position requires drafting, editing, and finalizing partner reports and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in related discipline.
- One-year related experience. Require highly specialized advanced knowledge, education and/or training in a specialized field of study to conduct research.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD preferred.
- Extensive experience analyzing quantitative data and translating findings into written reports for broad audiences. Experience managing large evaluations and coordinating with multiple partners.

Starting Salary Range: $55,800 - $97,600 Annually Commensurate w/exp.)
