Ensure the quality behind every product decision

Danfoss is seeking a Quality Data Specialist to take a central role in driving and executing product data quality initiatives across systems, teams, and business units. In this role, you will be a key enabler of clean, compliant, and high-value product data that supports everything from design and manufacturing to customer experience and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this position, you will:

• Lead efforts to improve the quality of global product data in core digital platforms such as CRM, PLM, and ERP.

• Ensure that data meets legal, financial, and operational requirements, supporting mistake-proof processes across the value chain.

• Coach and influence data owners and stakeholders to prioritize high-quality master data and maintain consistent data governance practices.

• Establish and uphold data quality systems, including standards, monitoring, and audits.

• Drive and support targeted data improvement and cleansing projects.

• Conduct fact-based analysis to guide data quality priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
