What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and build sourcing strategies

  • Proactively source talent across R&D (Software Engineers, Machine Learning Researchers/Engineers, Infrastructure, Product Management, etc.) and Non-Tech (Marketing, Design, Operations, etc.)

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, and other tools to identify top talent

  • Conduct advanced Boolean searches and research to uncover passive candidates

  • Write thoughtful outreach that reflects Ideogram’s values and mission

  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (Ashby)

  • Track and improve sourcing effectiveness with data-driven insights

  • Be a strong ambassador of our brand and culture from first contact

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in high-growth environments

  • Proven success sourcing across technical and business roles

  • Deep familiarity with platforms like Google Scholar for identifying researchers and authors in AI

  • Knowledge of top AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and academic talent pools

  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with ATS systems and sourcing metrics

Founding Team

Our founding team consists of world-renowned AI experts including Mohammad Norouzi, Jonathan Ho, William Chan, and Chitwan Saharia. This team has previously led transformative AI projects at Google Brain, UC Berkeley, CMU, and the University of Toronto. Our fundamental work in AI includes: Imagen: Google’s text-to-image system, Imagen Video for video synthesis, Denoising Diffusion Models, which is the foundation of the recent generative media transformation.
