Summary:

We seek a strategic Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute compelling content strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role will create high-quality technical and marketing content while supporting our mission to advance AI with open source at scale. The ideal candidate will excel at translating complex data science and AI concepts into accessible, valuable content for both B2B and B2C audiences.

What You'll Do:

• Create high-quality technical and marketing content across various formats and channels that is aligned with our content strategy, marketing objectives and business goals
• Create content in a range of formats (e.g., blogs, white papers, reports, web copy, video scripts/storyboards) for B2C and B2B personas, ranging in technical savvy from software developers to C-Suite executives
• Translate complex data science and AI concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content
• Apply effective messaging and positioning strategies to reach target personas
• Optimize copy for SEO, GEO, and video algorithms to increase visibility and drive organic traffic
• Enthusiastically work with generative AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency
• Establish and maintain content calendars and workflows
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders/SMEs for content generation and review as well as with marketing, product, sales, legal, and technical teams
• Track, measure, and report on content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for content enhancement based on analytics and audience feedback

What You Need:

• 3-5 years of experience developing digital content
• Technical writing background with the ability to make complex topics accessible for non-technical audiences
• Understanding of the data science and AI landscape and ability to write about these technical topics in an easy-to-understand manner
• Experience working with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Working knowledge of SEO strategy and implementation
• Experience developing content tailored to both developer and executive personas
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities with proven project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Experience using web traffic and asset consumption reporting tools to analyze engagement, reach and business impact.

The US base salary range for this role is $72,500-$125,375 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
