About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing & Communications team at Deloitte Luxembourg. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analysis and a deep interest in how data drives marketing success.

As part of our in-house team, you will work across Deloitte’s diverse service lines—Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Tax—as well as on firm-wide brand campaigns. You will collaborate closely with campaign strategists, digital marketers, and business stakeholders to define KPIs, analyze performance data across multiple channels, and generate actionable insights that improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning Support
    • Work with marketing teams at the campaign planning stage to define relevant KPIs and measurement frameworks.
    • Help identify the right data to track for campaign objectives (lead generation, brand awareness, client engagement, etc.).
  • Performance Measurement & Analysis
    • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various platforms including:
      • Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
      • Deloitte website & analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
      • Email marketing via Marketo
      • Event performance (registrations, attendance, feedback)
      • Press mentions and media impact
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Create insightful and easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and summaries for campaign performance.
    • Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, helping to inform marketing strategy and business decisions.
    • Track performance trends and benchmark campaigns across different business areas.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Act as the data point-of-contact within the Marketing & Communications team.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams including IT, digital marketing, and service line leaders to access data and validate insights.
    • Support ad hoc analysis requests and long-term strategic planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or communications environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign lifecycle and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with data from tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms.
  • Ability to define KPIs aligned to marketing and business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and possibly Python or SQL (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present data-driven stories clearly.
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and in teams.
