Workforce Data Analyst

• Lead the design and delivery of our strategic people reporting solution and associated framework 
• Design dynamic and value-add data visualisation and insights

In this role, you will gather data from multiple sources and develop a strategic reporting framework that delivers accurate and timely insights aligned to organisational priorities and workforce plans. You’ll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure data insights are effectively translated into actionable recommendations that facilitate evidence-based decision making.

Specifically, you will: 

•              Lead the review and analysis of workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities 

•              Evaluate, recommend, and implement reporting solutions to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.

•              Maintain a robust data governance framework aligned with enterprise data governance and risk management policies.

•              Support the implementation of the People Analytics roadmap 

•              Collaborate with the broader People Systems & Insights team to optimise data structures

•              Manage the design and maintenance of people data structures

•              Partner with People & Culture teams to support cyclical performance and remuneration reporting processes.

•              Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored reporting and analytics solutions.

•              Prepare and submit statutory, regulatory, and industry reports

About You

You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement. Your attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability will ensure your success in this fast-paced, data-driven environment. Experience working in Agile settings and technical coaching or leadership is advantageous.

We’re also seeking:

• Extensive experience in workforce data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Proven ability to develop and enhance data governance frameworks

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and reporting tools such as Tableau will be highly regarded.
