We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Audit Analytics team supporting Internal Audit. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA – 4 days per week in-office.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Work with internal audit teams and fellow Data Scientists / Analysts to design self-service data products that enable auditors to more efficiently and effectively carry out all phases of audit lifecycle
• Support innovation and design of advanced AI and analytical tools for the audit department
• Develop strategic solutions to aggregate, analyze and visualize data using a variety of technologies
• Conceive and conceptualize innovative Predictive Analytics and Gen/ Agentic AI solutions to support and enhance functions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for implementing AI agents across diverse areas.
  
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• 5-7 years’ experience working in Data Analytics field with preference for experience in Financial Services
• Possessing experience in Digital Assets is highly advantageous, although it is not a mandatory requirement for this role
• Strong foundational knowledge of classical ML and data science, grounded in first principles thinking to ensure rigor in model development
• Gen/ Agentic AI:
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and integrating LLMs into real-world workflows.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and foundation models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google PaLM, Meta Llama, or Anthropic Claude).
  • Experience using agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI Gym).
• Core Data Science & Machine Learning Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised ML techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, ensemble methods, etc. 
  • Knowledge of deep learning and deep learning frameworks
  • Experience with core ML libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost etc.
• Strong Python skills in developing Gen/ Agentic AI and Data Science & Machine Learning solutions
• Data Wrangling and Visualization: SQL, Tableau/ Power BI
• Experience with UI libraries like Streamlit, Dash, or Gradio for making data and AI work interactive and accessible.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Drive and motivation with the ability to handle multiple tasks and take initiative to improve personal performance
