Senior Vice President, AI Enablement Product Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, AI Enablement Product ManagerĀ to join our Data & Analytics InnovationĀ team. This role is located in Boston, MA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Ā 

  • You will be responsible for creating, releasing, iterating, and growing products that leverage generative AI systems and models to enable users to generate, explore, and refine design ideas at scale.
  • Anticipate and address potential risks associated with AI technology and ensure compliance with ethical standards and guidelines for responsible AI development.
  • Develop strategy and roadmap for a specific area of the product while ensuring that defined path is consistent with the team’s vision.
  • Lead iterative product development process from just an idea, through the implementation stage and all the way to the launch.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive gaps, and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, designers, marketing, and third-party relationships to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations and business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for the products and use data and feedback to inform product decisions and iterations.
  • Evangelize and advocate for the value and potential of AI-powered data experiences, both internally and externally, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Take end to end ownership of the product area and be a tireless voice of the client, while ensuring business goals are met.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Ā 

  • A passion for data with a proven track record of delivering client outcomes through the introduction of new innovative technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product development and product management.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience at either a Financial Technology or Financial Services firm delivering SAAS products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, with experience in applying them to real-world problems
  • A global mindset. Experience working closely with team members across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence across teams and organizations.
  • A deep understanding of the technical landscape and markets, experience in databases, data warehousing, and data lakes, and familiarity with many of the data infrastructure products in the industry is a nice to have.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering AI-powered tools, workflows, or decision systems, owning the product or solution vision rather than just supporting it.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated personality with a track record for delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud ML infrastructure and MLOps, Snowflake, jupyter notebooks, Python, and SQL is preferred.
