Job Description
What is your opportunity?
You will play a critical part in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our AML models by supporting rule tuning, threshold optimization, and documentation efforts.
What will you do?
Review, analyze and tune AML models in alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk-based approaches.
Draft clear, concise, and structured documentation of analysis, findings, and recommendations to support tuning decisions.
Collaborate with model owners, compliance teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment of tuning outcomes with AML typologies and business context.
Support periodic model performance reviews and contribute to documentation required for model governance.
What do you need to succeed?
Familiarity with model tuning concepts
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis, querying, and automation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering and Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with machine learning or data science techniques.
Experience working with AML systems such as Actimize, Mantas, or similar platforms
Familiarity with common AML typologies and regulatory expectations.
