Hey Innovators! Are you passionate about leveraging machine learning to drive impactful solutions in finance? Clicklease is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of advanced models for decision-making and risk management. Bring your expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and statistical modeling to the table and join us in revolutionizing the future of financial services!

Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000
Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
FLSA Exemption: Exempt
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What you'll be doing:

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models to enhance decision-making processes in leasing and credit risk evaluation.

• Analyze and predict lease portfolio performance using data-driven techniques, improving risk management and operational efficiency.

• Develop algorithms for automating credit risk assessments, incorporating a wide range of data sources and statistical methods.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning insights into the company's strategic planning and operational frameworks.

• Lead the enhancement of machine learning capabilities within the risk management domain, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to machine learning and data science teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Stay at the forefront of machine learning and artificial intelligence advancements, applying cutting-edge research and techniques to solve complex risk management challenges.

• Ensure the robustness and scalability of machine learning models and systems, adhering to best practices in model governance and compliance.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on applications in finance or risk management.

• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

• Strong background in statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.

• Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Master's or PhD in a related technical discipline.

• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments, particularly in the finance or leasing industry.

• Knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
