Sales Data Analyst 

         

JOB PURPOSE

 

• This role will involve supporting the sales team in order for them to work effectively and efficiently. It will be managed by compiling and analyzing sales market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our sales activities.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

BRP+ System:

• Compiling the data sales out
• Calculation Point dan Bonus Retailer (R1&R2)
• Send confimation to area the calculation
• Ensure Point and Bonus in system will be received to Retailer

 

Target and Redemption Retailer (R1&R2 ):

• Combine and monitor targets retailer in the all area whether they are in accordance with the targets in the contract
• Interface with vendors to identify/prioritize rewards needs and ensure a rewards loyalty will be received
• Liase with Finance for the best price from vendors 
• Monitoring and ensure rewards will be received to Retailer according to the rules (Payment and Tax)

 

Inventory CP&Corn:

• Collect and Compiling the data Sales In and Sales Out
• Develop template methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data
• Reporting inventory data monthly

 

Analytical Data (BRP+ Growth R1&R2 - Sales Tracking - Scorecard National):

• Create and develop template to present data so that it is easy to understand
• Monitoring and analyzing the data sales (Distributor, R1, and R2)
• Reporting data sales (Growth, Achivement, and summaries) 
• Ensure that data sales is accurately recorded and in accordance with guidelines
• Providing actionable the data sales out insights to guide sales and marketing teams
• Liaise with Sales team, Marketing, Finance and internal stakeholder for the data will be updated weekly/monthly

 

Redemption Program Tableau:

• Collaborate with Project tableau Mngr
• Provide and monitoring the data redemption to take action (received or not yet)
• Analytical data redemption for desain tableau

 

Rebate Class Sales:

• Monitoring budget sales program
• Liase with finance team for expense program by monthly

 

Tour Retailer:

• Liase with Procurement Partner for bidding vendors
• Liase with team about client needs and advises on suitable options tour
• Assist with changes to travel arrangements and other orders as necessary from internal

 

Complain handling (E-NCR System & Email):

• Complain CS by email
• Create complain in system E-NCR
• Check, liase and Send data complain to Quality Control Surabaya

 

Sales Call:

• Manage survey/data in Micrsoft Office
• Collect and Compiling data sales call
• Update data to internal stakeholder (Marketing, Sales, and CAC) will be weekly

 

• Redemption : Liase with tim area for design regulation rewards and deliver an annual Rewards ensuring its fit with the redemptions and overall group sales plan

 

• Analytical : Utilize existing models and analytical resources to continuously analyze the data performance of the sales (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), with an emphasis on the impact of BRP+ platform to the overall business

 

• Liase with stakeholder (Finance, Marketing and Sales team) to develop large data-based analyses into clear, concise and compelling presentations with actionable insights. Produce dashboards detailing how data design

 

• Liase with Tableau Mngr for develop design methods for Redemption

 

• Liase with finance for monitoring budget sales program

 

• Liase with Vendors to ensure the total rewards program is aligned with business strategy and comply

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

• minimum bachelor degree from any major
• minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• proficient skills at Microsoft Office, Tableau, Data Analytic etc.
