We are seeking a Research Data Analyst who will provide research support to two funded NIH studies that are investigating cancer and COVID-19 among Medicaid beneficiaries with and without HIV infection.


Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Research Data Analyst will work closely with the study Principal Investigators and research team members to support the conduct of the research.
  • The individual will help manage, analyze, interpret, and report study findings.
  • The main responsibility of the Research Data Analyst will be to analyze data related to specific project aims.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
  • Three years related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in R and R Studio, as well as SAS and/or STATA.
  • Experience in analyzing Medicaid or Medicare claims data.
  • Statistical background and knowledge of statistical methods.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate findings in meetings.

 

 

Classified Title: Research Data Analyst 
Role/Level/Range: ACRP/04/MC  
Starting Salary Range: $47,500 - $83,300 Annually (Commensurate with experience) 
Employee group: Full Time 
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm 
Exempt Status: Exempt 
Location: Hybrid/School of Public Health
