Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Sr. Data Analyst with experience in Sisense and AWS Redshift to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for our clients. Experience with Salesforce is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Sisense and AWS Redshift to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data analysis needs.
• Interpret data findings and present insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with experience in Sisense and AWS Redshift.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
