Quality Assurance/Data Analyst

SiloSmashers is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Data Analyst to support our federal law enforcement client.

The Quality Assurance Analyst develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment that supports large databases and applications.

Work Description:

• Conduct quality controls on data for various asset programs and develop reports to executive leadership on the status of 900k+ assets

• Bulk upload information to the asset management system

• Test, verify, operate, and maintain the macro-enabled spreadsheets to ensure that before uploading bulk data into the system no errors will occur.

• Conduct audits and reviews/analyze data and documentation.

• Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Provide an independent assessment of how the project's development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommend methods to optimize the organization's process.

• Provide support in the development of the project's Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conform to the requirements of the project.

Qualifications:

The Quality Assurance Analyst position shall have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with four (4) year or more years of quality assurance experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has seven (7) or more years of experience.

• Demonstrated experience with data analytics and

• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTable and Macro's.

• PowerBI experience nice to have.
