People Leader 

We seek an experienced Senior Director of Data Strategy and Architecture to lead the data strategy, architecture, design, development, and implementation of our end-to-end data products. The role requires a visionary leader adept at harnessing data capabilities to catalyze growth, optimize operations, and deliver competitive advantage. The incumbent will head a team of data architects and engineering experts and direct the organization's data architecture and engineering initiatives.

What You’ll Do For Us
In your role, you will chart the course for our data strategy, tightly integrating it with our overarching business vision to drive innovation and growth.  
•    Craft and steer a comprehensive vision for enterprise data solutions that synergize with our corporate ambitions and pave the path for transformative business outcomes.
•    Lead the development of best practices for architecture, engineering, and analytics development. By staying at the forefront of industry trends and continuously refining our processes to ensure the highest-quality, innovative, and efficient solutions.
•    Define, develop, and enable enterprise data solutions
•    Lead the architecture, strategic framework design, development, and implementation of data systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure. Establish and implement Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
•    Lead the development design and evolution of an enterprise data architecture that supports scalability, agility, and innovation of data solutions and architecture in cloud platforms, managing the process effectively to ensure data security and compliance.
•    Cultivate deep collaborative ties with business unit leaders and stakeholders, examining their data needs to ensure the data strategy laser-focused organizational objectives. 
•    Elevate and guide our data engineering and product teams on best practices to foster a culture that prizes forward-thinking, agility, and continuous innovation. Lay the foundation of a robust data governance regime prioritizing data integrity, ethical use, and compliance as pillars of our data-centric approach.
•    Ensure data systems and platforms are designed and implemented to support next-generation data and analytics capabilities. Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and industry thought leaders to keep abreast of emerging trends and opportunities in data engineering.
•    Act as a critical liaison between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts and fostering data-driven decision-making. Serve as the company's data ambassador, effectively communicating the strategic value of data engineering and architecture initiatives to stakeholders, including at a board level

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 15 plus years of experience in data engineering and architecture, emphasizing developing and implementing data strategies. Proven experience in a leadership role in data engineering and architecture, focusing on end-to-end data product strategy.
•    Proficiency in modern data technologies, architectural patterns, cloud-based solutions, and big data analytics platforms.
•    Background in leading large-scale data transformation projects with strategic business impact.
•    Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and experience with MDM implementation.
•    Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive change across all levels of an organization.
•    Exceptional leadership qualities, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts understandably.
•    Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology will be a strong advantage.

Pay Range:

$224,100 - $257,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
