Invitro Capital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our Data Science and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven insights and develop scalable and efficient solutions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our portfolio companies and shape the future of AI-driven innovation.
Working Hours are from Monday's to Friday's, Pacific Time Zone.
Machine Learning Engineer, Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that drive actionable insights and business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Build efficient data pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Pandas.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform).
- Experience with model deployment and serving using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
