Senior Technical Project Manager (ML/AI) RR/536/2024

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: BLR/HYD/Noida

Responsibilities: Technical PM role, any past experience handling projects based on Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM / Gen AI will be advantage

1. AI Proof on Concept projects ranging from 3 to 6-month durations that utilize Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM / Gen AI.
2. AI Production based projects as per the same categories above.
3. We have some projects that are delivered solely from the AI COE and some that are PMO led projects that involve some elements of AI that we support like iSubmit. RDAF etc. 
4. We are looking for a PM that can do the following:
1. Provide RAG status across all our projects (POC, Production Delivery)
2. Identify and raise product delivery issues on our POC / Production project so the team leadership can engage in the risks and mitigate.
3. Build out plans across the projects that the team must deliver against
4. Build out resource plans for the projects.
5. Ensure that the appropriate structures, governance, roles and communication are in place and managed.
6. Develop and update project plans, budgets and resource plans for project execution and for business case submissions.  Perform assessments and due diligence on business cases (including vendor contracts).  Ensure they have been reviewed by other PMs or PMO leadership.
7. Responsible for managing and pro-actively reporting on plan, budget, scope, resources, project decisions, risks, issues and dependencies.  Maintain and present project metrics to senior management.
8. Manage the relationship and overall engagement with implementation partners and vendors, as well as all stakeholders.
9. Provide input on overall project business value, using experience and knowledge to enable the team to achieve stated objectives, benefits and ROI.  Advise on change management and adoption and assist in tracking post implementation benefits as appropriate.
10. Manage full handover to operational support and maintenance teams.
11. Ensure projects are fully closed out, with all deliverables completed and approved.
