What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Data Analytics - SUMMER 2024 

Location: Hybrid -  Bellevue, WA / St. Louis Park

Expected start date: June 2024

 

 

• Learn, verify, and document the KPIs across Service Delivery
• Using multiple reporting tools (Tableau, Salesforce.com, Excel, BI) to build and/or run reports to gather data across various areas of our business
• Research business problems related to data quality; take action to resolve the problems
• Identify and document differing business practices that impact the results (and that might impact the future of KPI’s)
• Employ techniques of data preparation and data wrangling to clean and position data for review and build Microsoft PowerPoint templates to share the data
• Enrich data sources with external information to validate or challenge our KPI’s
• Request changes or new reports to be created

• Working on Bachelors or Masters Degree in Data Analytics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both Verbal and written, comfortable speaking to all levels of leadership
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and persistence in data analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft BI (building reports and dashboards)
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables, advanced filtering, charting and analysis
• Curiosity about business processes and business data
• Team player
• Good organization and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn new information quickly
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - ability to critically analyze data and information to identify gaps and recommend options for resolutions
• Ability to be self-directed, work independently, and prioritize workload

 

 

 

Meet your team:

 

This role will be part of our Global SMB Service Delivery Teams. You will have access to various leaders to support you on specific projects you’re working on as well for any support you may need and have access to our Reporting team for assistance with the databases that you will be working in.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
