At Deloitte’s D.TEC team, we build software products that support critical functions behind the Games. We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team and help build our data-first applications.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, manage a roadmap, and execute to ensure our products deliver real value to users. If you’re passionate about delivering value and have a strong blend of technical and business skills, we want you to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier solutions to the people delivering the Games to the world.

Responsibilities: 

• Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior product management and stakeholders to define the long-term product vision and strategy for our data-first applications.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives, considering user needs, market trends, and competitive analysis. Use signals from your users, executives, peers, and teams to define clear and focused priorities for your teams to ensure optimal execution.
• Advocate for the Product: Constantly communicate the narrative driving the product purpose, scope, and priorities to ensure it is cohesive and consistent enough to achieve focus, and clarity.
• Feature Definition: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders (IOC, LA28, MiCo26, etc), Design, Architecture, and QA to define and prioritize features and improvements for your products.
• Live Operations: Keep an eye on live operations, including business operations and software updates to ensure a positive user experience and drive value.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the user experience and the roadmap.
• User Engagement: Engage regularly with users such as the International Olympic Committee, Organizing Committees, and partners to define the product roadmap and review feature planning and delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, project management, and architecture, to coordinate efforts and deliver on project goals. Create a highly collaborative environment, act as a steward of the process rather than a gatekeeper.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years working as a product manager in a high-performing agile team continuously adapting the roadmap to reflect business needs, engineering feedback, and design suggestions.
• 2+ years of business analysis or functional definition of technology products.
• Minimum 4 years professional experience in an agile software environment.
• Ability to work around ambiguity and turn high level direction into actionable plans with well-defined product milestones.
• Demonstrated ability to build a product roadmap aligned with user needs.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple (and competing) priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work in English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics preferred
