As a Chase Connect Online (CCO) Analyst, you will be responsible for actioning client set up, maintenance, token distribution and entitlement requests for Chase Connect Online. The Client Account Services Banking Entitlements team is responsible for the set up and maintenance of JPMorgan Access and Chase Connect client account entitlements.  Our core objective is to ensure clients are delivered a seamless experience accessing and leveraging their accounts & products.  The team supports both the CB & CIB organizations to service clients and in doing so partners with Implementation and Client Service teams as part of their core activities. The team also partners with Product & Technology to solution entitlement issues, drive process efficiency and provide domain expertise on strategic programs. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively prioritize and accurately complete client and internal requests sent via TSDM, Navigator/Service Portal, Multiple e-Mail boxes, token processing, shipment and other duties as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within day to day process
  • Partner with Client Service, Implementation, Service Delivery and Technology teams on projects, expectation management and issue resolution.
  • Partner with global CAS Entitlement team to drive knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Maintain internal relationships by actioning internal requests and queries timely via phone, IM and e-Mail.
  • Complete all requests in line with control policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and how the entitlements team fits in the overall client experience.
  • Ability to shift perspective from high level concepts to low level detail for delivery.
  • Ability to work independently to identify tasks that need to be executed and take ownership to get these delivered.
  • Ability to absorb complex ideas quickly and accurately.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to analyze with appropriate questioning.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management.
  • Ability to work within a large distributed global team.
  • Ability to shift perspective from high level concepts to low level detail for delivery.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Experience or knowledge in the following areas: Treasury Service Produces, Account Opening, Onboarding a plus but not required.
  • Experience in digital tools such as Alteryx and Tableau a plus but not required.
  • Experience of a client facing relationship.
  • Experience with data entry requiring high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong technical aptitude and Microsoft office skills, including excel.
