UnspecifiedKey Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven predictive/descriptive models to solve business and engineering problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in statistical modeling and machine learning.
Create new insights from predictive statistical modeling activities that target and deliver value to our business partners.
Manage, architect and analyze big data to build data driven business insights and high impact data models to generate significant business value.
Define, prototype, test, deploy and monitor machine learning and statistical models to provide predictions and forecasts.
Understand and recommend appropriate Machine Learning/Data Analytics methods and software solutions.
Work with the app development team to integrate predictive and prescriptive models into our tools.
Supporting overall organizational objectives identified in Policy Deployment.
Basic Qualifications:
B.E in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics with 9+ years prior relevant engineering experience OR Advanced Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics with and 4+ years prior relevant engineering experience.
Strong technical and strategic skills
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, R, AI/ML Model Development.
Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and all levels of management.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to adapt, manage and lead in an uncertain environment.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated experience in driving strategic analytics/AI initiatives and value realization from programs.
Experience in translating technical concepts into business-oriented language to craft solutions and influence business decision-making and outcomes.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in fostering collaboration and driving alignment across diverse teams.
A deep understanding of business drivers, organizational dynamics, and industry trends in data science and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Broad understanding of gas turbine engine fundamentals and associated components.
Experience developing PowerBI/Qlik dashboards/AI-ML Models
Knowledge and experience in Data Governance, Architecture and Platforms
Experience with data & text mining
Strong learner who is comfortable learning new libraries and frameworks
Experience working in an agile environment.
Role Type: Hybrid - Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
