MLOps Engineer

About the team: Our MLOps team aim to streamline the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation and model training to model deployment and monitoring, and to ensure that our solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. By doing so, we enable our internal customers to unlock the full potential of their data, and to drive innovation and growth through machine learning.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and optimize robust state-of-the-art ML infrastructure, ensuring its scalability and adaptability across a diverse range of applications and projects, all while adhering to the best coding practices.
• Automate the entire ML model lifecycle, from training to deployment and monitoring, leveraging advanced CI/CD/CT pipelines to guarantee continuous improvements.
• Manage and continuously improve CI/CD/CT pipelines tailored for ML, maintaining the highest standards for model testing, validation, and deployment.
• Establish monitoring and logging practices to ensure the ML models' performance, accuracy, and reliability in production.
• Manage user groups and configurations in dedicated ML tools, overseeing both data integrity and secure access to critical ML data and experiment results.
• Guide the team in adopting the best MLOps practices, ensuring a consistent and production-ready approach across all ML developments.
• Accelerate the development and deployment of Data Science and Machine Learning products.
• Guide the direction of the MLOps roadmap, expanding and enriching the capabilities and scalability of the MLOps stack.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Math/CS/Engineering or other technical discipline.
• You have showcased strong ability to design and implement cloud solutions as well as capability in building MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure or GCP).
• Desired strong Kubernetes knowledge.
• You are experienced with infrastructure-as-code tools such as terraform.
• Desired experience in deploying Spark, Dask clusters on kubernetes as well as managing the infrastructure.
• You are experienced with deploying and managing MLOps technologies such as Kubeflow, BentoML, MLFlow, DataRobot, Airflow, Sagemaker etc.
• You have excellent analytical & communication skills and are experienced with Python and/or Golang.
• You are self-confident and competent in communicating with different teams.
• You are able to dive deep into complex topics and explain them in an easy way to the stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (Sagemaker, EKS, EC2, EMR, RDS) and data tools (Spark, Redshift, Athena).
