We’re looking for a versatile and experienced business analyst for our data operations function. You will help drive process improvements, facilitate cross functional liaison, execute projects focused on driving business growth and operational efficiency and project manage critical data products & initiatives.This role will offer exciting opportunities to work with global teams across sales, marketing & operations, help drive decision-making and process/tools improvements using data, process, and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance functions to gather and document business requirements as it relates to data projects & initiatives
• Translate business requirements into actionable modules of work and collaborate with operations & technology teams to deliver those modules
• Perform analysis on internal and external data sets to identify key trends, insights, and risks/opportunities
• Document end-to-end data and process flows across systems and analyze them to streamline and automate with scalable solutions
• Collaborate cross functionally to solve ambiguous and complex data projects and act as a facilitator and mentor to the internal business operations team to deliver those projects
• Engage with sales strategy & ops on process improvements around account data management, segmentation, data quality & hierarchies
• Engage with marketing & sales functions for contact data management, contact lifecycle, compliance & data enrichment projects
• Manage projects and programs, including facilitating discussions, developing/managing project plans and timelines, tracking actions and milestones, and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Perform and facilitate User Acceptance testing for data projects and related process changes
• Be an expert in data & process analysis but also be able to think strategically and see the big picture

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a functional or business analyst, preferably working with Sales and/or Business Operations teams in the software/technology industry
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and profile data using standard programming languages (e.g. SQL, R, Python)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with proven ability to work with and influence at all levels within an organization.
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Tableau.
• Hands-on: willingness to roll up your sleeves on all projects regardless of scope.
• Experience with Salesforce platform is a plus
• Experience with master data management and data governance function is a plus
