Due to the expansion process, DXC is looking for a WORKDAY Integrations Consultant.

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced integration solutions within the Workday platform. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients' systems are interconnected and optimized for performance, leveraging your expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, and robust integration architecture.

The Workday Integrations Consultant will act independently and advise on or manage the solution configuration for large complex Workday engagements. He/she will provide subject matter expertise supporting delivery, testing and both presales and post-production engagements.

The Workday Integrations Consultant will be an important customer spokesperson for the DXC Workday Practice. The Consultant will help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions and will demonstrate how customers can realize substantial value by deploying the Workday HCM solution

He/she will provide subject matter expertise across multiple HR domains and contribute world-class approaches to discovery, fit-gap, process design and reengineering. The Consultant acts as the key interface to the end user or customer.

Preferred skills

• Workday Integrations Certified: Integrations Core + Studio (other advanced certifications are nice to have: Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Advanced Reporting, Extend, etc.).
• Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
• Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, testing and deploying integrations.
• Experience in mass data loads.
• Practical experience gained on HCM implementation projects.
• Good understanding of functional topics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
