Manager, Data Engineering

• Identifying, designing and implementing data pipeline for internal / external data sources with optimal data delivery, scalability.
• Building and managing a diverse team of data engineers.
• Assemble large, complex sets of data into catalogs that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.
• Oversee, monitor and maintain daily data-related operation and requirements.
• Build optimal ETL for required data solution, including both on-premises and cloud data platform.
• Work with stakeholders including business units, business enablers to automate manual processes and ensure end-to-end automation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or master's in computer science or related fields.
• Experienced 4+ years in data management and engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong SQL skills and a good understanding of relational/non-relational databases.
• Experienced in Kafka/Spark/PySpark or other ETL tools.
• Experienced in Cloud data warehouse/Big data/Lakehouse solutions.
• Experienced in Python and R is a plus.
• Technical expertise with data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques is a plus.
