Data Engineer (Domo) (AU Mortgage & Finance, Home-based)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Experience in building data pipelines and extracting, transforming, and loading customer data
• Experience working with various data sets and designing semantic data layers to meet business use cases
• Product mindset to understand business needs and come up with scalable engineering solutions
• Experience working with BI platforms (e.g. Domo preferred; Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
• Experience working on cloud Big Data technologies (e.g. AWS EMR, S3, Glue ETL, Athena, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, Cloud Formation templates, Cloud Watch Logs, Ansible, etc.)
• Ability to present to technical and non-technical DP platform users and stakeholder

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of Agile methodology, experience working in an Agile environment is even better
• B2B experience & understanding of account hierarchies

What will you do?

• Drive the implementation of the Data Platform, working with a cross-functional team.
• Transform large data to create highly targeted customer audiences for personalized customer experiences.
• Work with business lines to elicit, understand and develop a comprehensive understanding of data requirements and use cases, including how data is created, collected, and consumed across various digital marketing channels.
• Provide leadership for digital transformation across the organization by leveraging new cloud technologies and existing enterprise technologies.
