Job Description
Delta is looking for a Head of Data Center Service for its Data Center Segment in EMEA region. The person will be the single point of contact for DC operators, enterprises and Business Line Sales regarding all service requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for creating, updating and optimizing overall service scope and SLA programs for business according to sales/customer needs. The person will be responsible for providing service offers & cost estimates to Business. The Head of DC Service will be overall responsible for product and solutions related service content. The role will require extensive interfacing with Sales, R&D and Regional Service teams. The KPIs will include SLA compliance, Service revenues maximization, Eco-system development and Customer Satisfaction.
Detailed Job Description
- Ownership of all service related tasks including internal and external customer satsisfaction
- Responsibility for overall service performance of the business line
- Feasibility check for new service requirements and assessing cost in consultation with other service functions
- Definition of new services and determination of the cost to implement
- Ongoing optimization of e2e service processes
- Project management for implementation of changes
- Definition of service-related GT&Cs
- Project coordinator for resolving cross-regional/functional service issues
- Ensure creation and QoS content towards all service functions (remote, on-site service, supply chain, repairs)
- Implementation of quality findings and coordination with BUs
- Driving service life cycle process (NPI & EOL) & ensures availability of all needed information (e.g. service BOMs)
Qualifications
- Min. 10 years of service experience including at least 5 years of leading service teams
- Previous experience with UPS and/or Datacenter infrastructure projects
- Advanced project management skills
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end service processes
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent English communication skills. Knowing other languages is a plus
- Structured and persistent working style
- Good analytical skills
- Willingness to travel
