What will you be doing?

As a Junior Specialist (m/f/d) you will supervise and monitor the quality of our sample and significantly support the production process by providing extrapolation and segment information.

Job Responsibilities

· Define, validate & maintain sample for all deliverable services

· Ensure that the extrapolation is produced on time and correctly

· Analyse data in order to ensure the optimal estimation of the German Market

· Monitor & evaluate market trends to ensure the quality of our services

· Answer related data queries from local client-facing teams

· Error analysis and "what-if" simulations

· Support and evaluate new product development, by executing various data simulations

· Automation and optimization of existing processes

· Project work

Requirements

· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Operational Research or similar quantitative field of study or several years of professional experience in a comparable position in a similar field of activity or technically experienced career changer

· MS - Office with focus on Excel as well as confident handling of pivot tables

· Programming skills in SAS, R, SQL, Python, among others, would be beneficial

· Good written and verbal skills in English

· Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills, self-driven, quick learner and genuine interest in attention to detail and quality

· Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task efficiently

· Efficient in working both independently and as part of a team
