HL7 Data Integrations Analyst – REMOTE

Role and Responsibilities 

 

  • Design, deliver, and manage software and data solutions utilizing existing and emerging technologies.
  • Interpret customer requests to ensure alignment with Patagonia Health's technical capabilities and business workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Evaluate solution alternatives and demo solutions to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Coordinate project implementation kickoffs with stakeholders and customers, driving multiple projects through the entire delivery process.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client needs and adhere to project timelines.
  • Communicate technical concepts and issues clearly to both clients and the internal team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and address any technical questions or concerns.
  • Help with testing interfaces and integration and facilitate and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure client satisfaction through testing phases.
  • Work with clients and the technical team to resolve interface-related issues during testing and post-go-live.

Minimum Qualification

 

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare interface development and integration.
  • Proficiency with Mirth or other interface engines.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards such as HL7, CCDA, and FHIR.
  • Experience working with immunization registries or lab interfaces.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with off-site and offshore software teams.
