  • LOCATION: Edinburgh
  • HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per week
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

An exciting prospect for you to join us within our Interest and Charges Team in Banking Operations where you'll help to maintain the day to day relationship of both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for you to delve into the world of automation as the team takes its first steps on this journey.

You'll be working in a fast paced collaborative environment engaging with colleagues across the charging and interest platforms, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to build a diverse, highly skilled workforce.

What you’ll need

  • Knowledge and experience of using key Group tools e.g. PBS, My Workspace, Xelerate, Power BI and RCSA,
  • Experience creating departmental reporting and dashboards, ideally using data visualisation,
  • Good communication and presentation skills,
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time optimally to meet deadlines and team deliverables, and
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Data analytical tooling e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, SQL,
  • Knowledge of the Group Risk Management Framework,
  • Awareness of the Data and Tech Academy.
