Sr Consultant

Project Role Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
• Create data pipelines to ensure data quality and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data migration and deployment across various systems.

Must-Have Skills:           

• Python
• SQL

Good-To-Have Skills:

• Celonis Process Mining Platform

Minimum Experience: 3 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)

2. Data Engineer (Process Mining Focus)

Project Role Description:

• Understand business processes and Business Process Mining (BPM) in Celonis.
• Perform data engineering tasks within Celonis to fulfill business process and application requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Data Engineering (SQL, Data Modeling)
• Data Analytics/Mining/Process Mining tools (Celonis)
• Machine Learning (Python, PQL)
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Good-To-Have Skills:

• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Data Warehousing
• ETL Tools (Informatica, Talend)
• Understanding of basic process flows (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data models within Celonis.
• Establish data source connections, configurations, and extract relevant data.
• Develop custom transformations for activities within business processes and implement custom KPIs for various use cases.
• Create process data visualizations in dashboards using Celonis or other process mining tools.
• Monitor and enhance business processes, including process automation.

Technical Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data mining, and process mining with a strong understanding of various process mining tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience in data model architecture.
• Good understanding and experience in creating business process KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with process mining tools (Celonis/Signavio).
• Ability to extract, transform, and build custom data models based on client business processes and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong consulting skills (presentations, Excel).

Additional Advantages:

• Hands-on experience with BPML tools (ARIS, Signavio, Mavim, etc.)
• Experience with ETL tools like Talend/Informatica
• Experience building analysis dashboards and execution apps
• In-depth knowledge of various Celonis components (Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Model, Simulation, Data Explorer)
• Ability to create custom connectors, make API calls, and establish end-to-end live connectivity (on-premise, cloud, custom connectors)
• Ability to write complex SQL & PQL queries
• Implement Multi-Event Logs in custom projects
