In this role, you'll tackle various tasks, including CRM system management, report creation, insight generation, and data analytics. Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• CRM management & maintenance: immerse yourself in hands-on data management in our CRM system, integrating and visualizing diverse data sources for a seamless end-user experience.

• Project and stakeholder management: collaborate with teams across the Nordics and European Region on Commercial Excellence queries and initiatives. Support project management and lead with enthusiasm.

• Digital solutions: take the lead in developing back-end (ETL) or front-end (visualization) solutions for business intelligence.

• Market insights and analytics: analyze market development and salesforce effectiveness to provide valuable insights.

The position is for 15 h/week. Join us and play a key role in uncovering the potential of data at Sandoz!

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Student within data science, economics, business administration, mathematics, engineering, or a related field

• Strong skills in excel and/or familiarity with statistical software (Python, R, STATA, Julia, Alteryx, etc.)

• Some experience in data analytics and data engineering

• A highly curious, creative, and innovative mind with problem-solving abilities and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders

• CRM knowledge is a plus

• Professional level written and spoken English
