- Act as voice of the user in agile delivery
- Coordinate pilot to deployment to scaling
- Define AI segmentation strategy and roadmap
- Drive value realization to senior stakeholders
- Ensure data governance privacy security and responsible AI alignment
- Execute adoption and change management
- Facilitate workshops for segmentation adoption
- Implement feedback loops for model improvement
- Maintain program documentation and training materials
- Manage program plans milestones risks mitigations
- Monitor program success metrics and KPIs
- Own AI segmentation program vision
- Promote agile ways of working and release cadence
- Translate business needs into requirements and user stories
