Business Analyst - Power BI

•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. •Conduct thorough analysis of existing operating model, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. •Identify potential digital solutions for potential challenges or as per business requirements •Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business users. •Run large data platform and other related programs to provide business intelligence support •Translate business requirements into effective visualizations using various data sources •Create data models, DAX calculations, and custom measures to support business analytics needs •Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy in Power BI reports. •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connections, transformations, and visualizations. •Stay up-to-date with Power BI features and best practices. •Train end-users on using Power BI for self-service analytics •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. •2-8 years of experience as a Power BI Developer. •Certification in Power BI is a plus. •Attention to detail and ability to work independently. •Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
