About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Business Analyst, you will:
Responsible to deliver timely, accurate and complete operational reporting and metrics to Professional Service Leadership Team
Define, manipulate, aggregate, and use both structured and unstructured data to support reporting, metrics, and analytics across Corporates Professional Services
Define and develop reports for the analysis and manipulation of small, medium, large, and exceptionally large datasets.
Supports creation of data requirements, functional requirements, and validation of solutions, as well as data migration and testing of new implementations
Gather and analyze data for business financial reporting.
Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
Test current business processes and recommend improvements.
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation from key stakeholders.
Identify automation opportunities.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Perform statistical analyses to help answer questions and solve problems.
Performing various analytics and trend analysis including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive or prescriptive.
Narrate stories (sometimes to a non-technical audience) about our content and processes by data analysis and visualization.
Work as data liaison and collaborator to external business units that support PS including Commercial Excellence, HR, Finance, Customer Proposition, Sales Enablement, IT, and Executive Leadership Team
Manages business-as-usual and ad hoc activities specific to data management and reporting needs of the Professional Services business.
About You:
Experience - 12+ years of extensive experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in Commercial Excellence, HR, Finance, Customer Proposition, Sales Enablement, and strategic planning execution.
Successful Business Operations Data Specialists:
Experience with transformation of data.
Highly proficient in data across business and financial disciplines
Deliver only the highest quality work product.
Technology experts on multiple tools with a key ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly collaborative
Persuasive, empathetic, and able to generate enthusiasm with internal and external teams and clients they support.
Use their extensive professional services experience to drive efficiency, business transformation and innovation.
Willingness to train and support reporting needs with colleagues
Intermediate to expert knowledge of PowerBI (preferred)
Know the business of professional services (preferred)
