We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team to optimize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, enhance integration, and ensure data integrity across various internal and external systems. You will work with transformation projects within the Supply Chain, Service Operations, Digitization, Systems and Technology teams where we are building a data-driven culture, supported by strong BI reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities 

• Work with Data integrity and data maintenance on CRM/CLM, ERP & external systems
• Reporting and trend analysis utilizing multiple data sources
• Acting as 2nd line of support to logistics queries and activities globally.
• Analyzing performance trends, generating monthly reports, conducting ad hoc planning analyses, and performing logistics and financial evaluations.
• Identification and implementation of improved operational business processes Support on driving strategic systematic initiatives.
• Work with EDI improvement and optimization between various tools systems (M3/Salesforce/AddOne) and 3rd party systems with direct connections to the business data warehouse.

What you bring 

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Statistics, Economics, computer science or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in developing qualitative and quantitative research tools
• Experience in leveraging external data and information management tools to collect fact-based intelligence
• Providing general project management support
• Employing various techniques to analyze large complex data, including data manipulation, data mining, identifying data patterns and providing support with data extraction and analysis
• Proficiency with the Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge in ERP and CRM/CLM systems e.g. Infor M3/Salesforce
• Experience with conducting process mapping and redesign: Define 'As-Is' and Target Operating Model.
• Desire to learn scripting/programming with the following languages: Python, Qlik sense, VBA, and SQL
