The Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort and aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling and reskilling journeys. We do this by providing learning offers in key digital technologies (E.g. Data, AI, Process Automation, Cloud, Cyber Security more), workplace tools and practices (E.g. Agile), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience to E.ON’s employees.
As the Learning Ecosystem Management (LEM), we're contributing to realising E.ON’s strategy by building a learning ecosystem at E.ON (E.g. Through platforms, digital empowerment communities, and third-party learning content), offering varied and engaging learning experiences to our employees. A key priority and enabler is gathering, analysing, and gaining insights on employee learning activities to improve the learning experiences, increase learner engagement and to make learning more personalized.
We are looking for a Learning Analyst (f/m/d) within E.ON Digital Technology in preferably Essen or alternatively Munich. If you have a passion for data-driven learning insights and a knack for making complex information accessible, we want to hear from you!
meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
- Data Collection and Cleaning - Acquiring and gathering data from various sources, such as data lakes, databases, CSV & excel files, APIs, web scraping etc. and cleaning and preparing data for analysis
- Data Exploration - Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, correlations and anomalies
- Data Analysis - Applying statistical methods and algorithms to draw insights and conclusions from the data
- Report Generation and Data Visualization - Creating dashboards, charts and graphs to present results data analyses in a clear and understandable manner, using tools like Power BI
- Developing Data Models - Developing and implementing data models to make predictions or support Digital upskilling decisions.
- Collaboration with central services - Working closely with the central data experts to ensure data requirements are met and analyses align with domain needs
- Performance management - Support in defining measurable KPI's for the teams’ products
authentic & ambitious - Your profile
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer/Data Science, Data Engineering or a related field
- Qualification and proven track record as SixSigma GreenBelt, preferably Six Sigma Black Belt
- Several years of experience with building Dashboards with Power BI
- Proven track record on algorithms, building mathematical modelling using programming, preferably Python.
- Several years of applying Machine Learning algorithms in day to day work. Experience with Azure Machine Learning Studio.
- Familiarity with advance SQL (aggregates, joins, etc.), for querying databases and extracting relevant data
- Knowledge of accessing data via APIs
- Strong analytical skills as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking
- Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment with not only ability to work effectively in a team but also deliver on your commitments independently.
- Business fluent in English, both written and verbal, German skills are additional benefit
