Job Description:

Continuously create and testing the optimum bot flow, structures, and content based on client request.

• Chatbot Configuration & Revision: Create and update chatbot flow based on client requests by thoroughly understanding the client's specific needs and objectives. Also, do the chatbot revisions if there are any mistakes or errors.
• Chatbot Testing: Perform testing sessions to identify and document issues such as inaccurate responses, API error, and typo.
• Internal Meeting: Arrange a meeting to discuss and clarify the chatbot flow with internal team.

Requirements:

• Final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university (most preferably in Communication or Information System/IT major)
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable for speaking in public.
