Are you interested in a career in the digital technology space but looking for a caring and encouraging learning environment in which to thrive and grow? Chick-fil-A’s Digital Fellow Program is a 2-year, full-time rotational learning accelerator for aspiring digital leaders in the early stages of their career. As a Fellow in the DFP, you will:
- Gain exposure to key technical skills and capabilities in a real-world business context. DFP Fellows participate in three eight-month rotational assignments across the Digital Transformation and Technology Department, with the goal of elevating their technical skillset, gaining business acumen and increasing leadership capacity within the context of a collaborative, encouraging, and caring business environment.
- Expand your knowledge through hands on engagement of technical capabilities like Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Technical Product Management, Automation and more.
- Drive your Development by engaging experiences that intentionally elevate your digital dexterity, business and market acumen, partnership and consulting skills, and personal leadership in an accelerated learning environment.
- Build your Network as you work with technical subject matter experts and mentors who are committed to their success through the program and beyond.
- Launch your Career at the end of the program, DFP Fellows are equipped for future leadership and impact and matched to meaningful opportunities on teams within the Digital Transformation and Technology Department.

Responsibilities
Digital Fellows will select from two development tracks based on their skills and interest in Software Engineering and Analyst career paths. Learning Tracks will consist of special projects, shared experiences and short-term assignments which may include the following job responsibilities.
Software Engineering Track:
- Serve as a developer in programming languages like Go, Java, Python, and JavaScript, adept in frameworks like Spring, Flask, Angular, and React
- Learn skills related to AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Analyst Track:
- Collaborate on assigned technical tasks, create documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.), and communicate with functional and technical partners with some direction from a more senior team member.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications of low to medium complexity.
- Support and troubleshoot simple issues.
- Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for system implementations
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes; identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate and interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of changes and issue resolution
