Job Description

Description:Do you have a passion for pushing the boundaries of language and creativity with cutting-edge generative AI technologies? Are you a seasoned expert in NLP, deep learning, and generative models? If so, we want your expertise!Responsibilities:· Design and develop generative AI solutions using Generative AI technology stack.· Lead a team of highly motivated and skilled AI engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflows.· Research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies· Train and optimize generative models for performance, efficiency, and quality of generated outputs.· Develop and implement evaluation metrics to assess the quality, diversity, and novelty of generated content.· Review solution implementation, guide, and support team, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to generative AI models and implementations.· Create and maintain clear documentation for generative AI models and their applications.· Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications:· 10 years of experience in AI Solutions design and implementation· Strong understanding of Generative AI fundamentals and deep learning architectures.· Proven experience in designing and implementing generative AI models.· Experience with natural language processing (NLP) for text generation tasks.· Familiarity with computer vision and image generation using AI is a plus.· Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training techniques.· Experience deploying AI models into production environments.· Excellent programming skills (Python preferred)· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
