The RSA Steering and Performance team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis within the Roadside assistance industry. The intern will assist in analyzing large datasets, developing insights, and supporting decision-making processes to enhance the efficiency and performance of the line of business.  Within this role, you will gain a unique introduction to one of the largest Lines of Business of Allianz Partners, with true international exposure and top management insights, and you will be deeply involved in shaping the future of Allianz Partners Roadside Assistance.

 

What you do

 

Your key responsibilities will include the following supporting the PMO in their daily tasks such as:

  • Collecting and organizing data from various sources
  • Assisting in data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Creating visual representations of data through charts, graphs, and dashboards
  • Building a database in Power BI to run full analysis of the budget vs actuals


What you bring

 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Rigorous and able to produce high-quality deliverables
  • Hands-on, solution-driven and autonomous working style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, French or German are a plus
  • Availability for 6 – 12 months
