Analytics Engineer
Tasks
- Contribute to analytics dimensional modeling strategy star schemas and metric standardization
- Design build maintain enterprise grade Power BI semantic models
- Develop optimize DAX measures calculation groups and model relationships
- Enable self service analytics with documented governed semantic models
- Enforce Power BI best practices naming conventions security RLS and dataset lifecycle management
- Implement incremental refresh partitions aggregations and query optimization
- Optimize Power BI refresh and query performance
- Partner with data engineering to optimize upstream data models for analytics consumption
- Provide consulting recommendations to Power BI enabled analysts
