AI Social Media Content Strategist

A similar problem exists in AI today; the number of models is exploding and it's hard to figure out what model you should use for what task. Martian fixes that problem through a model router: You give us your prompt, we run it on the best model in real time.

• We can do this because we've learned how to predict the performance of a model without running it. That lets us find a model which can complete your request with the highest performance and lowest cost. The value proposition is simple: stop worrying about AI, start focusing on product.

• That idea -- making it so that people can stop worrying about AI -- is the core of what we do. Model-routing is just the first tool we're building to help understand the way in which models behave. By pioneering techniques like this, we want to solve the most fundamental problem in AI: understanding why models behave the way they do, and creating guarantees they'll behave the way we want.

X (Twitter) Content Development and Engagement

• Produce compelling and engaging tweets focused on AI / ML topics on a daily basis.

• Craft content that resonates with technology S-Tier influencers and drives high engagement.

• Develop threads that succinctly explain complex AI concepts and Martian’s technology benefits.

• Collaborate with technical experts, including the VP of Research, to translate their ideas into impactful tweets.

X (Twitter) Strategy and Growth

• Implement strategies to grow and engage Martian’s followers on X, particularly among technical and AI research communities.

• Monitor and respond to trending AI topics to position Martian as a thought leader.

• Develop relationships with key influencers in the AI community to amplify Martian’s reach.

Technical Community Engagement

• Actively participate in discussions with AI researchers and influencers on social media.

• Represent Martian’s technical perspective in AI forums and during online conferences.

• Maintain and expand relationships with key technical influencers in the AI space.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of creating engaging social media content, particularly on X (Twitter).

• Ability to understand technical topics like transformer architectures, LLMs, and model interpretability techniques.

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to clearly explain complex AI concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.

• Demonstrated ability to engage in high-level technical discussions about AI on X (Twitter).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, technical communication, or a related field.

Desired Skills

• Experience in science communication or technical journalism for AI/ML topics.

• Familiarity with LLMs

• Proficiency in Python and experience with popular deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus.

• Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning evaluation metrics.

• Experience in AI and ML, demonstrated through previous roles or projects.

• Experience creating data visualizations and explanatory diagrams for complex AI concepts.

• Ability to rapidly analyze and synthesize new AI research papers.

• Experience in developing or contributing to open-source AI projects.

• Experience in technical blog writing or maintaining a personal blog on AI topics.
