Let’s start with the role:

We are looking for an HR Systems & Data Analyst who is passionate about bringing the most value out of all types of third party tools that our teams use. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, roll-out and maintain all types of 3rd party products that enable our people to deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze existing HR systems and databases to identify areas for improvement and ensure they meet the organization's needs.
• Work with HR and IT departments to implement new HR systems that support the organization's initiatives and objectives, ensure compliance with HR legislation and improve efficiencies.
• Partner directly with Human Resources subject matter experts to understand business processes and evaluate how to best implement solutions.
• Review, test and implement HRIS releases. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
• Participate in future application implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, training and system post go-live stabilization.
• Evaluate data within the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, security and data integrity.
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries, utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Monitor and report on system performance and usage to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Anticipate customer needs, monitor trends in order to recommend functionality enhancements.
• Be the focal point for queries and build a mechanism through which people can raise requests to be addressed and solved efficiently.

Qualifications:

• BSc / MSc in Computer Science or in a related field 
• Proven work experience in HRIS product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
• Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
• Familiarity with HRIS software (BambooHR, HiBob, Greenhouse, etc.) and Atlassian’s suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence)
• Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Knowledge of human resources regulations will be considered an asset.
