GenAI Engagement Manager

Are you skilled in IT consultancy and excited about driving business transformation through Generative AI technologies? Danske Bank is seeking a GenAI Engagement Manager to lead the development and implementation of GenAI solutions across our business areas.
 

Your Role

As a GenAI Engagement Manager, you will be a key consultant and strategist, committed to enhancing how our business leverages Generative AI. You will engage with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure our GenAI strategies are robust and transformative. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert consultancy on the development and implementation of GenAI solutions, assessing current IT architectures, and designing target architectures for GenAI use cases.
• Collaborating with business units to develop comprehensive GenAI adoption roadmaps, complete with milestones, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and timelines.
• Engaging directly with key stakeholders such as business owners, product owners, and solution architects to understand their systems, processes, and potential opportunities for GenAI enablement.
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for GenAI initiatives that align with strategic business and IT goals.
• Consolidating individual development roadmaps into a comprehensive business portfolio roadmap to provide clear visibility and alignment across initiatives.
• Maintaining regular communication with business stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure alignment with overall business and IT strategic objectives.
   

Who You Are

You are an experienced IT and business consultant with a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in the banking sector. You possess:

• Comprehensive stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
• Extensive experience in IT consultancy within banking or other financial services.
• Proficiency in developing and managing target architectures and project roadmaps.
• Deep experience in creating and managing IT-related business cases.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and effectively.
