In an effort to reinforce the business and the desirability of a major Fragrance brand, we seek a Supply Chain Digital Solutions Manager to be responsible the development of applications and user-friendly interfaces to streamline data collection, emphasizing centralization within the Data Lake

.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Supply Chain Digital Solutions Manager, you are responsible for maintain and update website content hosted on AWS, alongside co-designing and implementing data models within the Azure Data Lake for efficient organization and standardization. Additionally, role will provide strategic guidance on AI initiatives and execute projects within the Azure Data Lake and Databricks environment, ensuring optimal reliability and scalability in data processing workflows.

Your main focus:

• Develop applications and user-friendly interfaces to streamline the collection of key information from different business units and stakeholders, centralized on the Data Lake.
• Maintain and update website content, functionality, and design elements hosted on AWS, utilizing proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with server-side programming languages.
• Co-design and implement data models, schemas, and structures to organize and standardize data within the Azure Data Lake, enabling efficient data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Design logistics user tools using a comprehensive suite of tools including the Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate), Python, Databricks, and API connections to architect robust data collection systems, automate intricate data pipelines, and create dynamic visualizations.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users and stakeholders on using applications and data management tools effectively, promoting adoption and maximizing the value of data-driven decision-making.
• Provide strategic guidance to the board on AI initiatives within the Azure Data Lake and Databricks environment, aligning technology investments with business objectives and opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data management, AI technologies, and Azure services, evaluating their potential applications and relevance to organizational goals.
• Execute AI projects within the Azure Data Lake and Databricks environment, from ideation to implementation, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and effectiveness of AI-driven solutions in optimizing data processing and analysis workflows.

The team consists of Supply Chain Digital Solutions Manager, Developers, Data Engineer, and Data Analyst.  You will work closely together with several departments such as logistics, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT. Working in the team, you will complement the team’s skillset by contributing to deliver data critical capabilities. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to have at least Minimum 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and web development roles, preferably within the supply chain domain. As an experienced Supply Chain Digital Solutions Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL, Java, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Suite, including Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate, to analyze data, create visualizations, and automate workflows.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and familiarity with basic ML algorithms.
• Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving ability.  The ability to break down complex problems and identify process failures. 
• Ability to extract and transform data from business systems and load to MS SQL data tables.
• Developing SQL queries and stored procedures in the creation of Power BI analysis tools and reports.
• Ability to design or deploy supply chain-specific data lakes or leverage enterprise data lakes to support supply chain use cases.
• A combination of data management and supply chain knowledge to work closely with IT to define supply chain data strategy, vision and governance and overall requirements to support supply chain digitalization.
• Additional supply chain and analytics education, training and/or certification through MOOCS and/or professional organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and method, and ability to perform descriptive and inferential statistics preferred.
• A combination of data management and supply chain knowledge to work closely with IT to define supply chain data strategy, vision and governance and overall requirements to support supply chain digitalization.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A curious nature, and a deep desire to learn and to grow with technology.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
