Senior AI Developer/Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer/Expert to join our team and lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of developing and implementing AI solutions in real-world applications. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning models 

• Lead AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems 

• Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI techniques and technologies 

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of our AI capabilities 

• Develop and maintain AI infrastructure and data pipelines 

• Optimize AI models for performance and scalability 

• Contribute to the company's AI strategy and vision 

• Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Requirements: 

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field 

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development 

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras 

• Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, including deep learning architectures 

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision 

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services 

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal 

• Ability to work independently and lead projects in a remote environment 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with reinforcement learning and generative AI models 

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools 

• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI development 

• Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals 

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role
