Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Lead the Toronto ESG research analysts, fostering an inclusive and enterprising culture consistent with RepRisk core values, and leveraging the unique talents and educational backgrounds of team members to drive innovation and excellence.
Guide the Toronto ESG research team in delivering a wide range of projects, collaborating effectively with internal functions such as machine learning, marketing, key account management, and product management.
Conduct comprehensive research using RepRisk data to uncover trends, generate insights, and establish thought leadership in the ESG space.
Facilitate direct client engagement, providing ESG advisory services, thought leadership, and data-driven insights to enhance client relationships and support upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
Develop and implement strategies to upskill team members, ensuring continuous professional development and alignment with industry best practices.
Drive the integration of ESG research and insights into broader business strategies, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications
You Offer
Over 10 years of professional experience with leadership roles in data or sustainable investing.
Proven track record of leading major, complex projects involving multi-disciplinary teams, such as sales, marketing, engineers, developers and product managers.
Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability in team management and stakeholder engagement; can respect and listen to different opinions and resolve conflicts effectively.
Skilled at data-driven decision-making, adept at leveraging data and insights to inform strategy, and capable of initiating prompt and appropriate actions.
Comfort with uncharted territories and the ability to navigate and lead change effectively.
Direct client-facing experience, particularly within the financial industry, or strong product management or technical skills including SQL, Python, and Power BI, is highly desirable.
Strong business acumen, with a result-oriented approach to driving business growth and success.
