At the global analytics team, we provide data-driven insights to executives and help thousands of users find answers to complex business questions daily. We host the largest analytics platform at Oracle, which has 6K daily users.
As a Principal Data Product Manager, Sales Pipeline Analytics, within the Global Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to deliver actionable insights and drive business performance. You will have a deep understanding of the Sales and Marketing business processes and data architecture so you can help answer business questions and develop reporting solutions to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities 
  • Work with businesses to gather requirements, understand the business pain points, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the various stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, roadmap changes, and upcoming releases.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to help translate the business requirements to technical design specifications.
  • Collaborate with the OAL and the Corporate tools teams to access and integrate data from various sources while ensuring data quality and accessibility.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that are helpful to the business.
  • Coordinate the Perform testing of BI solutions, data integration and reporting functions through data validation.
  • Build training and communication slides, videos, and other media to share knowledge using a train-the-trainers approach.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years business experience with reporting and data analysis, combining project work and operational analysis in the Sales Pipeline space
  • Proficient with tools and processes related to the Sales pipeline management
  • Strong project management skills with ability to develop project plans and coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Experience developing business processes and associated documentation and training
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups and other Excel functions
  • Technical skills with Datawarehousing concepts, SQL and data modeling a distinct advantage
  • Technical skills with experience in Data Visualizer or similar reporting solutions will be added advantage
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong documentation abilities, using Confluence, JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with varying levels of individual contributors and management across business and technical teams

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $66,700 to $145,000 CAD per annum
US: Hiring Range: from $73,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
