Analyze logs from AI telephony and backend systems
Conduct functional regression integration and system testing for GenAI and VoiceAI applications
Develop and maintain test cases and automation frameworks
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and improve processes
Leverage automation tools for IVR and telephony testing
Perform IVR testing including call flows speech recognition and routing
Review requirements and define acceptance criteria with teams
Test AI guardrails content moderation safety filters and hallucination checks
Test conversational flows voice prompts LLm responses ASR and TTS output quality
Validate telephony components SIP call events and agent workflows
Write and execute automation scripts
